Policies

  • Advance deposit of one night stay is required and no refund for early departures.
  • 14 day cancelation notice required for deposit refund less $50 cancelation fee.
  • Cancelations made within 14 days of stay will be charged the deposit of one nights stay plus tax
  • If renting multiple rooms or renting during a holiday, the cancelation policy is 30 days.
  • Special Events such as weddings or parties, cancelation is 90 days
  • If canceling the day of arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your stay
  • Special seasonal rates, deposit/cancelation requirements, and minimum stays are imposed for all weekends, holidays and special events
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Personal checks are accepted for advance deposits only
  • Check in 3:00 pm. Check out 11:00 am
  • Front Office is open from 8 AM to 7 PM daily.
  • All rooms are smoke free
  • NO PETS allowed in rooms or on property.  Trained service animals must always be with their guest and cannot be left unattended in rooms.
